About the role:

PGE Travels & Education Consulting is looking for a travel professional who can guide clients confidently through both travel planning and visa processes. You’ll sit at the point where a client’s plans — a trip, a study move, a relocation — meet the paperwork and logistics that make them possible.

You’ll design itineraries and travel packages, advise on visa requirements, and see clients through from first enquiry to the day they travel — while helping PGE build travel products that are commercially sound and genuinely useful to the people we serve.

What you'll do:

  • Consult with clients to understand travel needs, budget, purpose of travel, and visa requirements.
  • Design and recommend individual, group and leisure travel itineraries.
  • Research destinations, flights, hotels, tours and transfers to build accurate, competitive packages.
  • Prepare clear quotations with correct inclusions, exclusions and pricing.
  • Advise clients on visa documentation and manage applications from profiling through submission.
  • Coordinate bookings and confirmations with airlines, hotels, DMCs and tour partners.
  • Work alongside PGE’s Education and Marketing teams where travel intersects with study and relocation plans.
  • Handle changes, delays and client concerns professionally, with accurate records throughout.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in travel consulting, visa services, or a closely related travel role.
  • Solid knowledge of international travel planning, destinations and visa requirements.
  • A track record of designing itineraries or packages, not just booking them.
  • Experience managing clients end-to-end — enquiry, booking, travel, and any issues in between.
  • Comfortable working with airlines, hotels, DMCs or tour operators directly.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  •
Stand out if you can show:

Travel products you’ve personally designed, clients you’ve successfully guided through complex visa cases, or measurable results — conversions, repeat clients, revenue — you’ve contributed to.

PGE handles both travel and international education under one roof. Experience with study-related travel or student visas is a genuine advantage here, even if it wasn’t your main focus before.

How to apply:
Send your CV and a short note on a travel product or client case you’re proud of to hr@pgetravels.com.
